Datilgator Taco Lime Queso Dip

Ingredients:

32oz Velveeta Queso Blanco
2 1⁄2 Tbsp Datilgator Taco Lime
seasoning
1 Cup Heavy Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
10 oz Rotel HOT (Diced Tomatoes &
Green Chilis)
4 oz Roasted Diced Green Chilis
2 Tbsp of Red Onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp of Cilantro (chopped)
1 Large Bag of Corn Chips

Directions:

1. Cube the Velveeta Queso Blanco and add to a
saucepan over medium heat, stirring regularly
until melted.

2. Add Datilgator Taco Lime seasoning, heavy
cream, cream cheese, Rotel HOT and green chilis
(do not drain chilis) to the sauce pan and stir to
combine all ingredients.

3. Once all ingredients in the saucepan have
blended together, mix well and add to a serving
bowl.

4. Top with red onion, cilantro and serve with
corn chips. Enjoy
