Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that our processing time might be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays. We are a small business with limited staff, however, we understand the importance of processing orders in a timely manner and we do our very best to accomplish this goal.

Shipping Options:
We currently offer two options for estimated delivery times. During the checkout process, you can select from the following shipping methods:
- Economy Shipping: Delivery estimated within 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: Delivery estimated within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight of the items in your order, and the destination address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving the confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays might impact the estimated delivery date. DelightfullyHot.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes or cancellations will not be approved if your order has already been processed and shipped.
