Datilgator Award Winning Queso Dip

INGREDIENTS: 

32oz of your favorite melty cheese

3 Tbsp Datilgator Queso Dip Mix

1 Cup Heavy cream

8 oz Cream cheese

1.5 Cups of Diced tomatoes

4 oz Diced green chilis (canned)

2 Tbsp of Red onion (chopped)

1 Tbsp of Cilantro (chopped)

1 Large Bag of Corn Chips

DIRECTIONS FOR 1 BOWL OF QUESO: 

1. Add melty cheese to a saucepan with Datilgator Queso Dip Mix, heavy cream, cream cheese,  diced tomatoes and green chilis (do not drain chilis). Stir over medium heat regularly. 

2.Once all ingredients in the saucepan have blended together, add to a serving bowl. 

3.Top with red onion, cilantro and serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
