Datilgator Best Burgers
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons - Datilgator Best Burger Seasoning
1 Pound - Ground Beef (80% lean if available)
2 Tablespoons - Butter
4 - Hamburger buns
Pack of sliced American or other mild cheese
1 Slicing Tomato
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Directions:
1. Preheat grill or iron skillet to medium heat
2. Slice tomato
3. Butter insides of top and bottom of each bun
4. Butter side down, place buns on grill or iron skillet for 1-2 minutes
5. Remove the buns from heat and put to side on plate, turn off burner
6. In a bowl, thoroughly mix by hand ground beef and Datilgator Best Burger Seasoning
7. With same grill or iron skillet, increase burner temperature to medium/high heat
8. Divide hamburger meat in to 4 portions (¼ lb each) and form into flat patties
9. Place burgers into iron skillet or on grill
10. Flip after 1 minute, cook 1 minute on other side
11. Reduce heat to low, flip back and cook burgers to medium (145 degrees) or desired temperature
12. Add cheese if desired
13. Remove from heat and place each patty on a bun
Add desired toppings, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and tomato. Enjoy!
